GluteGuard is a specialist gluten-protection supplement designed for people living with coeliac disease and gluten sensitivities. While the science was strong and the product category was growing, the brand was starting from a standing start online, with limited retail footprint and low national awareness.
Before investing in pharmacy expansion, the business needed to prove direct-to-consumer demand. That meant building a digital engine capable of driving sales, generating repeat purchases, and creating enough market signal to convince major pharmacy chains to stock the product.
On top of that, the team wanted to build capability in-house rather than outsource the function permanently. They needed a partner who could build the strategy, train the team, and then step back as the internal function took over.
We worked closely with the GluteGuard team across strategy, execution, and training so the brand could grow independently while we remained in the background as a strategic partner.
